Made-to-order apparel

Each piece is decorated for your order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selected at checkout, or a color preference. Please review the product-specific size guide and your selected color before placing an order. If you need help choosing, contact us before buying.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Email moneyhousellc@gmail.com promptly and within 30 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue. We will review the issue with our fulfillment partner and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for a confirmed production defect or incorrect item. Please contact us before sending anything back; do not return items to a fulfillment address without instructions.

Cancellations and changes

Contact us immediately with your order number to request a cancellation, address correction, or size change. Requests depend on the order’s production status and cannot be guaranteed after production has started.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider. This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
