MoneyHouse Clothing is operated by MONEYHOUSE LLC. These terms apply to purchases and use of moneyhouseclothing.com. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy provide additional information about shopping with us.

Product details and sizing

Review each product description, size guide, color, and selected options before ordering. Tops and bottoms are sold separately unless the listing expressly describes a complete set. Colors can appear differently across screens. Illustrative mockups are identified in product images; product descriptions and approved production references describe the garment and decoration.

Orders and payment

Provide accurate contact, payment, and shipping information. Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the store. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, and discounts are shown at checkout before payment. An order acknowledgment confirms that we received your order. If an item is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, or an error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and arrange any applicable refund. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Production and delivery

Our garments are decorated after an order is placed. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. Refer to the product page and Shipping Policy for estimates. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Different items may arrive in separate packages. Contact us before ordering if you need delivery for a particular date.

Changes, cancellations, and returns

Our Return and Refund Policy governs cancellation requests, returns, replacements, and refunds. Contact us promptly if you need an order change; whether it can be made depends on production and shipping status. Nothing in these terms limits rights available to you under applicable law.

Your information and account

Use a payment method you are authorized to use. Keep any account credentials private and notify us of suspected unauthorized account use. Do not send payment card details by email. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

Website and original designs

MoneyHouse names, artwork, photographs, and other store content may be protected by intellectual-property laws. Shopping with us does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially use that content. You may use the site for lawful personal shopping. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or submit fraudulent orders.

Corrections and updates

We may correct product or website errors and update these terms. Updated terms will be posted with their effective date. Updates do not change the agreed terms of an order already accepted without your agreement, except as required by law.
